在外研究を行うＥ大学から連絡がり、以下の3点を送るようにとのこと。

(1) a legible copy of your passport biographic page (include dependents' also if available) (you may send these copies to me via mail to the address below, or fax them to me at XXX-XXX-XXXX, or attach copies in an email to me at XXX@yyy.edu)

(2) amount of your financial support in U.S. dollars [total financial support must total at least the minimum of $2000/month per exchange visitor, plus $700/month for spouse, and $350/month per child]:
Employment funds (provide evidence of financial support if coming from source outside Emory, such as a etter from your superviser):
Personal funds:
Family funds:
Foreign government funds, and description:
U.S. government funds amount, and description

(3) one other piece of objective evidence, such as :
a.) a copy of your diploma or program transcript (
provide an English translation of your diploma, transcript or other document verifying your credentials),
OR
b.) a copy of a publication (article, or title page from a book) relative to the program;
OR
c.) a letter of reference from your current institutional supervisor

(1)はパスポートのコピーで問題なし、（2）のfinantial supportは、関大の方で給与と在外研究の手当の金額を書いた書類を作成してくれるとのこと。しかし、当然これは円建ての証明になるわけで、ドルでは書いていない。換算に関してどうなるのか、聞いてみよう。(3)は英文論文の抜刷でかまわないだろう。
